Terms of Service

Angel Numbers is an iOS app published by nftstory ltd ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app does not require an account or login. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Angel Numbers is a spiritual, numerology, and ritual app provided for entertainment, reflection, and inspiration only. Readings, meanings, trends, and any other content are not professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, or relationship advice.

Do not rely on the app to make important decisions. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on the content. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional.

Angel Numbers offers an optional premium subscription, sold as an auto-renewable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. We offer the following plans:

• Weekly — $6.99 USD per week.
• Monthly — $11.99 USD per month.
• Annual — $39.99 USD per year, including a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region and over time; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase applies.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. For the annual plan with a free trial, you are charged when the 7-day trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in the App Store: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions.
• If you start a free trial and cancel before it ends, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard policies; we cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

Premium features, availability, and pricing may change over time. We may verify entitlement state through Apple, RevenueCat, or Superwall to unlock the correct features (see our Privacy Policy).

The Angel Numbers app is licensed, not sold, to you. Unless we provide a separate custom license agreement, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA differ, the Apple Standard EULA governs your license to use the app.

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to interfere with, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or disrupt the normal operation of the app, its widgets, or related systems.

The app is local-first: most of your data — saved numbers, sightings, photos, location labels, and notes — stays on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You retain your rights in the content you create. When you enable optional features such as analytics or subscriptions, limited data is processed by our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

• We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, its users, or our rights.
• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence — including, for Québec consumers, the Consumer Protection Act (Québec). Where the law of your jurisdiction grants you rights or remedies that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply despite anything in these Terms.
