My desk has three half-finished journals on it right now, and I love every one of them. I came to angel numbers sideways, through gratitude pages and a moon-phase habit I picked up years ago. What I care about is the keeping: the four lines you jot when 222 catches you in line at the pharmacy, the monthly read-back that shows you what you kept asking for. I write the calm, unfussy version of this practice, the kind you actually return to.
